Our Ancient Bread

This is our most popular bread. It is made with a blend of cereals such as Spelt, Emmer and Einkorn, ingredients that have been used as far back as 15,000 BC for bread making and which are making a resurgence again today as people seek healthier alternatives to white flour. As well as their rich history, they are thought to be a benefit to digestion for people who are looking to reduce their wheat intake. This is a really simple and tasty bread.
