Our Bakewell Tarts
We call this 'the King of tarts'! Our deep sweet pastry cases are smothered at the base with rich raspberry jam. We then add our special Bakewell cake batter, before baking slowly at a low temperature to retain a soft moist cake. Once cooked and allowed to cool, we finish each one with gooey fondant icing and drizzle them with chocolate. These are popular tarts that will win your heart.
